Hardware Controller Support
Samplitude lets you connect up to 4
hardware controllers to up to 4 MIDI devices
to conveniently control them with the
software. In total, 32 tracks can be
controlled (track offset for additional devices
can be set). This lets you use the presets
for hardware controllers, change them, or
create an entirely new set. Of course, having
a MIDI interface is a precondition for using
hardware controllers (for controllers that are
to be addressed via MIDI), or a USB
interface (for USB hardware controllers).
There's support for the following
controllers:

- Tranzport
- Mackie HUI Control
- Raditec SAC2k
- JL Cooper
- Tascam
- Logic Control

 

Driver Support
All important drivers are supported: MME, WDM and ASIO 2.0. ASIO equipment comes with ASIO hardware monitoring und ASIO software monitoring with and without internal effects.

In combination with the right ASIO hardware you can achieve the low latencies for I/O monitoring and headphone mix.
