external input and through output with mute for in-line silent on stage tuning.
It also has an audible tuner, metronome, built-in speaker, automatic note
tracking and a headphone jack, allowing the user to simultaneously see and hear
the pitch that they are tuning to. This feature also permits real-time display
of intonation and, combined with the Audio Out function, provides a great way to
improve performance and listening skills while playing. Also available in a
rackmount version (R590).

feature shifts the strobe patterns into more visible middle ranges—bass note
patterns can be displayed two octaves higher and treble note patterns can be
displayed one octave lower in strobe display.
Easy transposition - strobe patterns appear at the correct note for Bb, F,
and Eb instruments.
