Magix Release The Samplitude 7.1 Update

Magix have released the first update for Samplitude 7. The latest Samplitude 7.1 update has a number of added features to 7.0, and is free of charge for current registered users of Samplitude 7.

Samplitude 7.1 now has full VST and VSTi automation, with editable curves for every parameter, better hardware support and a new mixer skin, the latter offering longer faders and enlarged peak meters.  Also new to 7.1 is a freeze function with which users can, at the touch of a button, bounce tracks with CPU intensive operations to a stereo file, freeing up processing power.  A ‘glue objects’ function now allows two separate objects to be ‘glued’ together to form a new object.  Other new features include a strip silence function, and variable track and mixer size.  An additional 30MB of impulse responses are included for Samplitude’s revolutionary room simulator, all captured from the TC Electronic M3000 Studio Reverb Processor.

A plug-in for Samplitude that allows export in DDP1.0/2.0, previously only available for the Sequoia software, can now be purchased for Samplitude 7.1.

Users of Samplitude can download the 7.1 patch from www.samplitude.com.
